Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models utilizing advanced libraries such as XGBoost and LightGBM.
  • Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications to enhance data retrieval and response accuracy.
  • Engineer efficient data structures and algorithms to optimize computational performance and system scalability.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability for analysis.
  • Apply deep learning concepts, including Transformers and Sentence-Transformers, to natural language processing tasks.
  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools to manage, train, and deploy models in production environments.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to support end-to-end machine learning lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess 7 to 10 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or related technical fields.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python programming with a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks.
  • Show hands-on expertise in working within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Have a proven track record of developing RAG-based applications and integrating them into production systems.
  • Be well-versed in advanced boosting algorithms, specifically XGBoost and LightGBM.
  • Possess solid knowledge of Transformer architectures, Sentence-Transformers, and their practical applications.
  • Exhibit strong command over SQL, data structures, and algorithms for effective data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hold a competitive salary expectation within the range of ₹16-17 LPA, aligned with industry standards for this level of expertise.
