Role Description The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Superfan.ng’s web and mobile application features from end to end. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and security. The role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and content teams to translate user needs into robust technical solutions, reviewing code, mentoring other developers, and contributing to architectural decisions. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, ownership of deliverables, and a strong focus on user experience and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
  • Ability to design scalable architectures, write clean, testable code, and perform code reviews.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and communicating clearly in a distributed environment.
  • Understanding of or interest in edtech, gamification, or cultural/learning platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
