Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong RevOps & Automation Specialist

to lead advanced data management, reporting, automation, and CRM analytics activities.

The ideal candidate should have expert-level knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

formulas, report and summary preparation, Google Apps Script, and code-based web

scraping. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM

administration, report creation, dashboards, workflows, and CRM data management.

The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical expertise, problem-solving

ability, and ownership to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, business visibility, and

operational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Reporting & Data Analysis

● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and customized MIS reports,

management summaries, and business performance reports.

● Analyze large datasets and convert raw data into meaningful business insights and

actionable summaries.

● Develop automated reporting systems, KPI trackers, performance reports, and

management dashboards.

● Identify trends, anomalies, data gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.

● Present complex data in a structured, accurate, and easy-to-understand format for

management and internal stakeholders.

2. Advanced Excel & Google Sheets

● Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets formulas and

advanced data handling.

● Work extensively with complex formulas, including ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY,

FILTER, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, LET,

dynamic arrays, and other relevant functions.

● Build advanced Pivot Tables, data models, automated summaries, reconciliation

reports, and reporting templates.

● Optimize formulas and spreadsheets for performance when handling large datasets.

● Develop reusable reporting frameworks, validation rules, conditional formatting, and

data quality checks.

3. Automation & Google Apps Script

● Develop, maintain, and optimize Google Apps Script solutions for reporting, data

processing, validation, and operational automation.

● Automate repetitive manual tasks, reporting workflows, data updates, notifications,

and tracking systems.

● Create custom functions, triggers, scheduled jobs, and integrations using APIs where

required.

● Troubleshoot script failures, improve execution efficiency, and maintain reliable

automation.

● Document scripts, workflows, dependencies, and troubleshooting procedures.

4. Code-Based Web Scraping & Data Extraction

● Code-Based Web Scraping & Data Extraction

● Develop and maintain code-based web scraping solutions using Python and relevant

libraries/frameworks.

● Extract company, business, and Point of Contact (POC) information from permitted

and appropriate online sources.

● Automate data collection, enrichment, cleaning, validation, and structuring.

● Handle pagination, dynamic web pages, structured data, and extraction challenges

using suitable technical approaches.

● Implement error handling, logging, deduplication, and data validation mechanisms.

● Follow applicable privacy, data protection, website terms, and access restrictions; do

not bypass CAPTCHAs, authentication, or anti-bot controls.

5. Zoho CRM Administration & Analytics

● Manage and maintain Zoho CRM configurations, modules, fields, layouts, users,

roles, profiles, permissions, and related settings.

● Create and maintain customized CRM reports, dashboards, KPI trackers, and

management summaries.

● Configure workflows, field mappings, validation rules, assignment rules, and

automation as required.

● Manage CRM data quality, duplicate records, account/contact ownership, and data

consistency.

● Support CRM data imports, exports, bulk updates, migration, and reconciliation.

● Analyze sales pipeline, lead performance, account activities, conversion metrics, and

team productivity.

● Troubleshoot CRM issues, support users, and coordinate with internal teams or Zoho

Support for advanced requirements.

● Maintain CRM documentation and follow data access and governance standards.

6. Data Mining & Database Management

● Plan and execute company and POC data research, mining, enrichment, and

validation activities.

● Maintain structured, accurate, and relevant company and contact databases.

● Identify and eliminate duplicate, outdated, invalid, and mismatched records.

● Prepare segmented datasets for sales prospecting, business development, and

marketing campaigns.

● Ensure adherence to defined data quality standards and internal DND requirements.

7. Team Coordination & Process Improvement

● Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, IT, and

Management teams.

● Understand business reporting requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

● Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in reporting, automation, and

CRM processes.

● Guide junior team members on formulas, reporting standards, data quality, and

process execution.

● Take ownership of assigned projects, timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

● Expert-level MS Excel and Google Sheets knowledge, including advanced formulas

and reporting techniques.

● Strong expertise in MIS reporting, business summaries, data analysis, and

dashboard development.

● Practical experience in Google Apps Script automation.

● Strong coding knowledge in Python for web scraping and data processing.

● Hands-on Zoho CRM administration experience.

● Proven ability to build custom reports and dashboards in Zoho CRM.

● Understanding of CRM workflows, modules, fields, permissions, data management,

and automation.

● Strong database management, data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation skills.

● Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ownership.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

● 1–4 years of relevant experience in data mining, lead generation, online research,

database management, or a similar role.

● Demonstrated hands-on experience in advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting and

automation.

● Practical experience developing Google Apps Script solutions.

● Experience in Python-based web scraping and data extraction.

● Hands-on Zoho CRM administration, reporting, and dashboard development

experience.

● Ability to manage large datasets and multiple business requirements independently.

● Proven track record of process automation, reporting improvements, or CRM

optimization.

Preferred / Good to Have

● Experience in FinTech, NBFC, BFSI, lending, or financial services.

● Experience with Zoho CRM APIs, Deluge, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

● Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.

● Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms.

● Experience in building management dashboards and automated MIS reporting

frameworks.

● Experience mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional projects.
