EP Solutions Manager – AI & Automation - Bengaluru, India

We are looking for an experienced EP Solutions Manager to join a leading organisation within the retail sector, supporting its growing focus on artificial intelligence, automation and digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business understanding with technology to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes and deliver measurable results.

The successful candidate will play an important role in identifying opportunities for AI and automation, designing practical solutions and overseeing their development and validation before implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve existing processes and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate potential solutions based on business impact, technical feasibility, implementation effort and associated risks.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solution designs.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of AI-powered solutions, Microsoft Copilot agents and automated workflows.
  • Oversee solutions throughout the lifecycle, from initial discovery and proof of concept through to pilot testing and functional validation.
  • Assess solution performance against agreed requirements and recommend when solutions are ready to progress towards deployment.
  • Work closely with technical, operational and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organisational objectives and governance standards.
  • Identify suitable technologies using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio.
  • Develop business cases and establish measurable success criteria to demonstrate the value of AI and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation of solutions, outcomes, best practices and opportunities for future improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to support successful solution handovers and user adoption.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives, ideally from initial business requirements through to testing or implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot, including familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience in solution design, business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to assess business challenges and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Experience coordinating proofs of concept, prototypes or pilot projects.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise governance, data security and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience evaluating business benefits, process improvements and solution effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
