Position: React UI Developer

Location: India (Remote Working)

Experience Required: 4–8 years

Role Overview

As a React UI Developer, you will contribute to the development of modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences, enhance frontend capabilities, and ensure applications are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React 18+, leveraging modern features such as Hooks, Concurrent Rendering, and Component-Driven Architecture.
  • Building and maintaining production grade applications using React.
  • Build reusable, high-performance UI components and integrate with backend APIs using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Apply best practices for state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand) and frontend architecture.
  • Optimize application performance using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.
  • Implement and monitor application telemetry using Application Insights and/or OpenTelemetry to track errors, usage, and performance.
  • Analyze and contribute to KPI reviews, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), page performance, and user engagement metrics.
  • Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate in an agile team environment, ensuring high-quality code through testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and code reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in frontend application development.
  • Strong proficiency in React 18+, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Experience building reusable UI components and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
