Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React.js Developer role based in the Pune Division. The React.js Developer will design and develop responsive front-end applications, implement reusable UI components, and ensure high-performance user interfaces using React.js and related libraries. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions, integrating front-end components with APIs and back-end services. The developer will participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and troubleshoot issues across the stack. The position also includes maintaining documentation, following secure coding practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of development workflows and tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong front-end development skills with React.js and related tools, including JavaScript and Redux.js.
  • Understanding of back-end web development concepts and integration with APIs and services.
  • Solid foundation in software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with modern build tools, version control (Git), and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in React.js or front-end engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
