Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and React.js. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and modern front-end development using React.js. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications and user-friendly web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce.
Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Develop custom Salesforce components, triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration mechanisms.
Work with Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, and custom metadata.
Develop and maintain reusable front-end components using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Integrate React.js applications with Salesforce APIs and backend services.
Optimize application performance, code quality, security, and scalability.
Implement Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Use Salesforce deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, change sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other development teams.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5–10 years of overall software development experience, with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, reusable components, and state management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and declarative customization.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, bulkification, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD or Salesforce deployment processes.
Familiarity with Jest or other JavaScript testing frameworks and Salesforce testing practices.
Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, or other React state management solutions.
Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and automated deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, and Salesforce test automation.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
