Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 technologies, SPFx, React, and API integrations, along with the ability to independently deliver enhancements, customizations, integrations, and ongoing maintenance within an existing SharePoint environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, portals, lists, and document libraries.
  • Build custom web parts, extensions, and features using SPFx, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and external applications using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain workflows using Power Automate.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, user access, security, and basic administration.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.Required Technical Skills
  • 4–6 years of hands-on SharePoint development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with SharePoint REST API and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Working knowledge of C# and .NET.
  • Experience with Power Automate and workflow development.
  • Understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, workflows, and administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations.Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Strong hands-on development and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to independently deliver enhancements and customizations.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with existing SharePoint environments and offshore development teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective technical solutions
