About Position:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance applications while leveraging LLMs and GenAI capabilities to deliver intelligent, AI-powered business solutions. What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and React Native.
  • Build and enhance microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs for enterprise environments.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications and integrate them with backend services.
  • Design, implement, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Integrate LLMs, GenAI solutions, and AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Develop intelligent automation solutions and AI-driven workflows to improve business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 5 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience in front-end development using ReactJS and/or React Native.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
  • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, machine learning workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience integrating LLMs, GenAI platforms, AI frameworks, APIs, or libraries into production applications.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI application architecture.
  • Experience with source control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
