Businessnow Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable AI Developer to join its growing team and contribute to developing AI-powered applications and intelligent business solutions.

Role Description

The AI Developer will work on developing and integrating AI-powered applications using Python, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI. The role involves building RAG-based solutions, working with MCP integrations, developing APIs, and implementing automation workflows.

Qualifications

  • 6–12 months of relevant professional or hands-on development experience.
  • Good programming knowledge of Python.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings and vector databases.
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integration.
  • Basic software development, debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • BCA, MCA, B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.
