Role Description

As a Full-stack Developer at VeriCore Technologies, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs that power vehicle and identity verification services. You will work across the stack to build responsive user interfaces, implement secure and efficient backend services, and ensure seamless integration with internal and client systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver new features. You will also troubleshoot issues, improve existing functionality, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
  • Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, integration, and working with server-side frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating accessible, maintainable, and consistent user interfaces.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, RESTful API design, and performance optimization is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced startup setting.
