About InstantDMInstantDM is an Instagram and Facebook DM automation platform used by creators, brands and e-commerce businesses to turn social engagement into leads and sales. We're a small, fast-moving product team in Tiruppur building software used by businesses globally. You'll ship features that real customers use within days, not months.

The RoleWe're looking for a Full Stack Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience who enjoys owning features end to end — from the API and database to the web dashboard and mobile app. You'll work directly with the founders and product team, and you'll have real ownership from your first month.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python that power our automation engine, webhooks and integrations
  • Develop features for the InstantDM web dashboard using React
  • Build and improve our mobile app (iOS and Android) using React Native
  • Build fast, SEO-friendly marketing pages, landing pages and docs with Astro
  • Design data models and write efficient queries on DynamoDB
  • Deploy and run services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, CloudWatch and related services)
  • Integrate with third-party platforms — Meta Graph API (Instagram, Facebook), Shopify, Make.com, Google Sheets
  • Handle high-volume, event-driven workloads: queues, rate limiting, retries and webhook processing
  • Debug production issues, monitor performance and improve reliability
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
  • Work closely with the product and support teams to understand customer problems and ship solutions quicklyWhat We're Looking ForMust have
  • ~1 year of professional experience (or equivalent strong project/internship work) as a full stack or backend/frontend developer
  • Solid Python skills — building REST APIs
  • Good working knowledge of React (hooks, state management, component design)
  • Experience with or strong interest in React Native for mobile development
  • Familiarity with AWS services and deploying applications to the cloud
  • Understanding of NoSQL databases, ideally DynamoDB (keys, indexes, access patterns)
  • Comfortable with Git, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
  • Ability to understand a problem, break it down and ship a working solution independently
  • Good communication skills in English and/or TamilNice to have
  • Experience with Astro or other static/SSR frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby)
  • Experience with Meta Graph API, Instagram/WhatsApp APIs or Shopify apps
  • Serverless architecture experience (AWS Lambda, SAM, Serverless Framework, CDK)
  • Exposure to queues and event-driven systems (SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
  • Publishing apps to the Play Store / App Store
