Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end stacks. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing robust server-side logic, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support deployment and continuous improvement of digital platforms. This is a full-time, remote role that requires proactive communication, ownership of deliverables, and a strong focus on clean, maintainable code.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building end-to-end web solutions.
  • Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, API design, and database integration.
  • Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including layout, styling, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, RESTful services, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably from IIT or NIT, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
  • Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams, with clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
