We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to help build, maintain, and improve our website and mobile applications. You will work across frontend, backend, and mobile development, taking ownership of features, platform stability, and overall performance as Uless grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Uless's website and iOS and Android applications.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and reliable backend services.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs, database integrations, and third-party services.
  • Work on features such as user accounts, student verification, deal discovery, brand management, affiliate tracking, and admin dashboards.
  • Monitor and continuously improve website and mobile application performance, including loading speed, responsiveness, reliability, and scalability.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Manage application deployments, updates, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain secure authentication, data handling, and application architecture.
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and business teams to deliver new features.
  • Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented code and follow development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in software or full-stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Experience developing mobile applications using React Native or an equivalent framework.
  • Backend development experience with Python and Flask or similar frameworks.
  • Good understanding of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
  • Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of application deployment, hosting, and production environments.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, debugging, testing, and version control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and improve application performance.
  • Understanding of responsive design, application security, and scalable development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or consumer-facing applications.
  • Experience publishing or maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, caching, CDN, and application monitoring.
  • Experience with performance optimization tools and website performance metrics.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and affiliate tracking systems.
