Radhika is a B2B industrial raw materials business with 25+ years in distribution and imports of polymers, Petrochemicals, papers and metals.

We're ready for our next phase of growth, and we're looking for a growth consultant, not just a marketing consultant.

We need a systems architect who will:

  • Diagnose what's blocking our growth across product, pricing, and distribution
  • Design a clear roadmap with growth levers, integrate tech platform, success metrics, and timelines
  • Build team through execution, not just hand over a report

Where we want impact:

  • Team: Build internal capability team
  • Process: Sharpen sales, pricing, sourcing, and customer acquisition
  • Systems: Create scalable systems for new markets, product lines, and sourcing partners

Ideal fit:

  • Proven record scaling B2B industrial, trading, or distribution businesses
  • Strong network in manufacturing and procurement
  • An embedded, hands-on partner who sees the whole growth engine
  • Open to project-based or retainer engagement
