🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Software Engineer – Python / AWS

📍 Location: Bengaluru – Hybrid

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Python / AWS to join an enterprise technology team working on scalable, secure and cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python, FastAPI, Django or Flask.
  • Build REST APIs, microservices and distributed/event-driven systems.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS.
  • Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3 and related services.
  • Build data pipelines, workflow automation and enterprise integrations.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
  • Drive automated testing, code quality, application security and performance optimisation.
  • Handle production troubleshooting, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in system design, code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on Python development experience.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask and REST API development.
  • Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in production application development and support.

Good to Have:

  • Banking / Financial Services experience.
  • Exposure to Asset Based Lending, Supply Chain Finance or Trade Finance.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps and observability.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and automation.
