The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), strong Excel skills, proven ability to collaborate with Business stakeholders across time-zones and external SaaS vendors and knowledge and familiarity of Project/Programme Delivery/Governance metrics (e.g. plans, RAID, financials, governance etc).
The project is within a few weeks of the formal closure of the vendor sprint delivery cycle and finalisation of the data upload templates. Work is underway to collate programme/project data attributes across target portfolios in excel and map this to the fields in the vendor upload templates. - Maintain the on-going changes /refinements to above which will be needed during data upload phase
- Add business logic validation to above
- Work with project/program teams to get data transformed to be complete and accurate (requires functional knowledge of PPM concepts)
- Assist teams and trouble-shoot data validation issues in the tool
- Version & change control of ETL layers
- Assist teams with question during Dev/CQA upload
- Perform periodic Dev/CQA/Prod uploads
- Data-centric support during Prod and hypercare period
Required Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Exposure to Powershell is recommended but not mandated.
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Additional Information:
