Role Description The Cluster Manager–Andhra Pradesh is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing SkillDzire’s operations, outreach, and learner engagement within the assigned region. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with training partners and institutions, monitoring program delivery and learner performance, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and processes. The role involves planning and executing regional growth strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and tracking key metrics to improve program quality and outcomes. The Cluster Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare regular reports, and implement continuous improvements based on feedback from learners and partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in regional operations management, including coordination of multiple stakeholders and program delivery oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across institutions and partners.
• Experience in education, training, or skill development initiatives, preferably working with engineering graduates or similar learner groups.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and remote collaboration platforms to manage work in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach, with the capacity to work independently and manage regional responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the Andhra Pradesh education and employment landscape and willingness to align work with SkillDzire’s mission-driven goals.
