Strong expertise in Project Management

Mandatory hands-on experience with JIRA

Exp with Mobile & Web App is a must

Sprint planning, backlog grooming

Task assignment and progress tracking

Workflow configuration & dashboard management

Experience handling Backend or Frontend tech stack projects

Familiarity with modules, API workflows, backend

development cycles

Excellent team handling and leadership abilities

Strong client communication and stakeholder

management

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and

Scrum practices

Experience leading Scrum meetings

Proficiency in MS Project and project documentation

Requirements

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring,

and delivery

Manage cross-functional development teams working on

Web-based applications

Serve as the primary point of contact for client

communication and project updates

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, resource

allocation, and documentation

Conduct daily/weekly Scrum meetings and track progress

using JIRA

Work closely with technical teams to understand

architecture, modules, and sprint tasks

Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile practices, and

organizational standards

Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks with timely

mitigation plans

Maintain project dashboards, reports, and progress

documentation in JIRA and MS Project

Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Data teams for smooth

integration and delivery
