Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Science role based in Patna. The Data Science professional will collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support business decisions. Responsibilities include building and evaluating statistical and machine learning models, performing exploratory data analysis, and developing dashboards or reports for stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into data solutions, and present insights in a clear and actionable format. The team member will also contribute to improving data pipelines, documentation, and best practices within the analytics function.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Statistics and applied statistical modeling.
• Candidates should possess core Data Science skills, including familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Candidates should possess Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills for deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib) are beneficial.
• Understanding of databases, SQL, and basic data engineering practices is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work on-site in Patna, and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams are important.
