Role Description The Data Scientist will work on-site in Salem in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve analytical and business problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data, building statistical and machine learning models, and interpreting results to generate actionable insights. The role involves designing experiments, performing exploratory data analysis, and creating clear visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Data Scientist will also support the development of data pipelines, contribute to model deployment with engineering teams, and continuously refine analytical approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Data Science and Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Analysis and Statistics.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Visualization.
Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with data manipulation libraries and tools.
Experience working with databases, SQL, and large datasets.
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
