Role Description As a Software Developer at 3COS INNOVATIVE PVT LTD, you will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end and full-stack software solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, implementing object-oriented designs, troubleshooting and resolving defects, and participating in code reviews to uphold engineering standards. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver secure, scalable features. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, effective time management, and the ability to work independently while contributing to distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments and contributing to code reviews and documentation.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work remotely in a distributed team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or DevOps tools is an advantage.
