About the Role

Euphoric Thought Technologies is looking for a skilled Python Developer with Azure experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development, cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and microservices.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure Key Vault.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Key Vault.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS).
• Exposure to messaging services such as Azure Service Bus or Event Hub.
• Knowledge of Redis or caching mechanisms.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
