Role: Full Stack Developer

The Role

You’ll build AI-powered, data-intensive products end to end, from analytical databases and APIs to polished React/Next.js interfaces. You’ll work with modern AI tools and LLM integrations, and your architecture decisions will shape what we ship.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build and maintain full-stack features across our Node.js/TypeScript backend and React/Next.js frontend
  • Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs using NestJS
  • Work with relational and analytical databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and design schemas that perform at scale
  • Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks, including payment gateways, SaaS platforms, cloud services and AI/LLM APIs
  • Ship AI-enabled features and automation workflows alongside the Dapton.ai team
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in rigorous code reviews
  • Work directly with founders and leads on architecture. We lock designs upfront, then execute fast with AI.
  • Deploy and debug in modern cloud environments (AWS, Cloudflare)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS or Express
  • Frontend experience with React and/or Next.js (Vue.js is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of REST API design and SQL database fundamentals
  • Comfort with Git and a version-control workflow
  • Ability to work independently and communicate technical trade-offs clearly
  • Curiosity about emerging technology and a habit of picking up new tools quickly

AI-Native Development

We don’t treat AI as an add-on. It is a core part of our engineering workflow. You’ll work fluently with:

  • Claude Code for agentic coding, large refactors and multi-file changes
  • Cursor and other AI-assisted IDEs for day-to-day development
  • Prompt-driven workflows for scaffolding, debugging, testing and code review
  • LLM APIs and agent pipelines as building blocks in the products we ship

Strong plus: you’ve used AI coding tools in a real production workflow, beyond autocomplete. We want engineers who lock architecture upfront and use AI to multiply execution speed, rather than replace design thinking.
