Hiring R&D Executive for technology-driven Fintech startup

Salary up to 6.0 LPA based on experience and current salary.

Location- Sindhubhavan road, Ahmedabad

About the Role

We are looking for an R&D Executive who will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing market trends, studying competitors, and identifying new opportunities for our upcoming digital products and applications. The candidate will work closely with the management and internal teams to convert research findings into practical product ideas, features, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct market research for upcoming applications, products, and business ideas.

 Research existing platforms, applications, and competitors and prepare competitor analysis.

 Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

 Study different applications and understand their features, user flows, pricing and business models.

 Research and suggest new features, improvements, and product ideas.

 Collect and analyze information from reliable online and offline sources.

 Prepare research reports, comparison sheets, presentations and documentation.

 Conduct research related to recharge, booking, investment, founder/investor platforms and other upcoming products, as assigned.

 Research industry requirements, regulations, processes, and available solutions and coordinate with the relevant CS, CA and Legal teams wherever required.

 Validate ideas through research before they are considered for development.

 Coordinate with the Product, Technology, HR and Management teams as required.

 Present research findings and recommendations to management.

 Maintain proper documentation of all research, sources and findings.

 Continuously research new technologies, platforms, market developments and business opportunities.

Required Skills

 Strong research and analytical skills.

 Good understanding of market and competitor research.

 Ability to collect information from multiple sources and identify relevant information.

 Good Excel / Google Sheets skills for preparing research and comparison reports.

 Good PowerPoint / presentation skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.

 Good problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.

 Ability to work independently and complete research within given timelines.

 Willingness to learn about new industries, applications and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Research, Technology or a related field.

 Prior experience in R&D, Market Research, Business Research, Product Research, Business Analysis or similar roles will be preferred.

 Freshers with strong research and analytical skills may also be considered.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should be someone who is curious, research-oriented and good at finding and understanding information. The person should be able to study an idea or product, compare existing solutions, identify opportunities and present the findings clearly to management.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: 6 days (Alternate Saturday Off)
