Role Purpose

Drive the operational execution of the Anthropic licence-scale and adoption charter. Bring model-space experience to coordinate enablement, adoption, and pursuit programmes across HCLTech and HCL Software, turning strategy into delivered milestones across Marketing, L&D, and BU Heads.

Licence-scale and adoption programmes delivered to milestone; enablement coordinated across HCLTech and HCL Software. Distinct from the Delivery packaging AI Program Managers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own programme management for licence-scale and adoption initiatives end-to-end
  • Coordinate enablement programmes across HCLTech and HCL Software
  • Run adoption campaigns and track milestones to measurable uptake
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across Marketing, L&D, FinOps, and BU Heads
  • Support priority pursuits with programme structure and engagement tracking
  • Bring model-space technical context into programme decisions and prioritisation

Required Capabilities

  • 6+ years in programme/project management, ideally in AI, technology, or transformation
  • Hands-on familiarity with the AI/model landscape, LLMs, agentic systems, the current market
  • Proven cross-functional coordination across technical and business teams
  • Strong organisational, milestone-tracking, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
