We are having an opening for Senior associate and Manager for SAP abap with vertex tax engine implementation for BLR/HYD/KOL.

Please find the JD below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and support ABAP solutions for tax engine and tax add-on

implementations

  • Work on integrations between SAP and third-party tax engines, primarily

Vertex and Thomson Reuters

  • Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into technical

designs

  • Debug ABAP code and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and

provide production support as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, SAP functional, basis, and

occasionally, external implementation partners

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with tax and compliance

requirements

  • Support tax reporting, compliance and e-invoicing initiatives through custom

developments and system enhancements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong hands-on ABAP development experience
  • Experience with SAP integration projects
  • Exposure to Vertex and/or Thomson Reuters tax engine implementations is desirable
