Associate Product Manager – B2B SaaS / AI & Automation

### Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Conduct customer discovery, analyse workflows, and translate business problems into scalable product solutions.
  • Prepare PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and business teams to deliver product enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Use SQL and product analytics to identify bottlenecks, track adoption, and measure feature performance.
  • Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, releases, and continuous product improvement.
  • Define success metrics for product features, including adoption, accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer impact.

### Required Skillset

  • **Experience:** 3-4+ years relevant exp, with meaningful Product Management experience.
  • **Domain:** B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics-tech, or supply-chain technology.
  • **Product Ownership:** Proven experience managing features or modules from discovery through launch and optimisation.
  • **AI Exposure:** Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, or product workflows.
  • **Data & Analytics:** Working knowledge of SQL and data-driven decision-making.
  • **Product Documentation:** Strong experience with PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap prioritisation.
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, business teams, and customers.
  • **Problem-Solving:** Ability to convert complex operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.

**Good to Have**

  • Exposure to OMS, WMS, inventory management, marketplace integrations, or e-commerce fulfilment.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML features, LLM applications, copilots, AI agents, or intelligent automation.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and software architecture fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Metabase.
  • Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
