Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with Product Managers, Development, QA, and Operations teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Support enhancements across trading platforms, onboarding journeys, OMS/RMS, back-office, and wealth management products.
  • Conduct UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and trading operations.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with trading platforms, APIs, OMS/RMS systems.
  • MBA or relevant BA/Product certifications.
