Job Description: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize web

applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in frontend and

backend development, database management, third-party integrations, and production deployment, along with the

ability to take ownership of projects and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Build, maintain, and integrate backend services and REST APIs.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
• Develop real-time features and data synchronization functionality.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs.
• Implement notification systems for web and mobile applications.
• Design and manage databases, including schema design, indexing, migrations, and query optimization.
• Manage file uploads, document storage, and cloud-based storage solutions.
• Develop and maintain business workflows, booking systems, subscription features, and transaction processing.
• Build and maintain administrative dashboards, reporting systems, analytics, and multi-role applications.
• Implement application security, access controls, and data validation.
• Manage application builds, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve system reliability.
• Write and maintain automated tests and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to plan, implement, test, and deliver new features.

Required Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Frontend Development: Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, component-based development,

responsive design, and UI styling.

• Backend Development: Experience building server-side applications, REST APIs, authentication systems, and

business logic.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Database Management: Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data modeling, indexing, and query

optimization.

• API Integration: Experience integrating third-party services and handling API requests, responses, and errors.
• Security: Understanding of authentication, authorization, data validation, and application security.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud services, application deployment, environment configuration, and

containerization.

• State Management: Familiarity with state management solutions for modern web applications.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve application speed, scalability, and

reliability.

• Testing & Debugging: Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, and debugging tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, UI component libraries, and reusable design systems.
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and service workers.
• Experience with role-based access control and permission management.
• Familiarity with bulk data processing, spreadsheet handling, and document generation.
• Experience with automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of web servers, caching systems, and background job processing.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.
• Familiarity with real-time applications, third-party integrations, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, or other business-oriented applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production-ready applications.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards, and best practices.
