Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Full Stack Developer role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications for CargoClave’s AI-driven trade management platform, working across both front-end and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, developing APIs, integrating data sources, and optimizing performance and security across the stack. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive, reliable software features. The developer will also participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of the development and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building scalable, production-grade web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, data modeling, and integration with databases or microservices.
• Candidates should possess proficient Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UI.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with secure coding practices, performance optimization, and debugging across the full technology stack.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and comfort working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment are essential.
