Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior .NET Full Stack Development Lead. The role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications using the .NET ecosystem, modern front-end frameworks, and related technologies. The Senior Lead will oversee end-to-end solution architecture, guide full stack implementation, review code for quality and security, and ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical designs, mentoring developers, managing sprints, and coordinating deployments with DevOps and infrastructure teams. The role also involves troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing existing systems, and contributing to technical roadmap decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), with the ability to design scalable and secure architectures.
• Hands-on experience in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue) for building responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• Experience with full stack development practices including integration, unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization across front-end and back-end components.
• Knowledge of DevOps and cloud environments (e.g., Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage agile workflows, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Understanding of secure coding standards, data integrity, and compliance requirements, preferably within financial services or analytics domains.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead full stack development role, ideally within enterprise or product-based environments.
