About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong Full Stack Engineering background to lead enterprise software delivery programs and drive successful execution of strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep program management expertise combined with a strong understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires managing multiple complex projects while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology teams, and delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of multiple software development programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers.
  • Manage program roadmaps, delivery schedules, resource allocation, and project priorities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, release planning, backlog management, and program reviews.
  • Oversee project financials, budget utilization, resource forecasting, and vendor coordination where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with software delivery processes, SDLC standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Track and report program KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and executive-level status updates.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
  • Mentor project managers, scrum masters, and engineering leads to improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Support cloud modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Software Delivery Leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Full Stack Development technologies and software engineering practices.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development programs.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience leading Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Ability to effectively engage with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets, project schedules, resource planning, and risk management activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and modern application architectures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
