Job Description: Senior Shopify Plus Developer

Experience: 5+ years | Work Mode: Remote | Education: BE/BCS or equivalent in CSE/IT

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Shopify and Shopify Plus themes from scratch using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.
• Build public/private Shopify apps and SaaS applications using PHP, Ruby, or Node.js with Express/Remix.
• Develop custom integrations for shipping, payment gateways, marketplaces, and external systems.
• Work with REST/GraphQL APIs, Shopify SDK, CLI, and app extensions.
• Manage subscription platforms such as Recharge/OrderGroove and integrations with Pacejet.
• Understand Shopify order processing, pricing, promotions, payments, and revenue management.
• Use AWS/Heroku, Git/GitHub, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Interact directly with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of Shopify development experience, including Shopify Plus.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Hands-on experience developing Shopify apps and themes from scratch.
• Expertise in Liquid, PHP/Ruby/Node.js, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Shopify SDK/CLI.
• Experience with JIRA, Agile, and Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good to Have
• AWS/Heroku, ERP/CRM integrations, and enterprise subscription platforms.
• Shopify certifications in Liquid Storefronts for Theme Developers or Headless at Shopify for Developers.
