Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled React / Next.js & .NET Core Lead to join our growing development team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend development using React.js and Next.js, combined with hands-on backend experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of software architecture, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and full-stack web application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, C#, and .NET Core.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React Hooks, Context API, and modern state management techniques.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Implement clean coding practices and Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best development practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

Frontend (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIsBackend (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• Expertise in developing RESTful Web APIs
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM conceptsDatabase & DevOps
• Experience with SQL Server
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks
• Exposure to Docker and Containerization
• Understanding of application performance optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-6 years of software development experience
• Proven experience leading full-stack development projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence
