About The Department

• Franklin Templeton’s AI and Digital Platform team for Sales and Distribution builds enterprise AI, data, workflow, and digital products that help drive business growth and operational effectiveness. The team includes product managers, engineers, data specialists, AI practitioners, architects, and governance partners who work together in small, cross-functional teams. The environment is collaborative, evidence-driven, and focused on solving high-value business problems through responsible innovation.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

• You will define product strategy, vision, metrics, and roadmaps.
• You will lead discovery across business domains and user groups.
• You will validate opportunities and prioritize high-impact investments.
• You will establish product requirements for AI, data, and workflow solutions.
• You will define and monitor product performance metrics.
• You will lead product launches, adoption, and scaling activities.
• You will drive measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Responsibilities

• You will align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and decisions.
• You will balance value, feasibility, dependencies, and capacity.
• You will guide cross-product planning and investment decisions.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Degree from a premier business school (IIT/IIM or equivalent).
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software, platform, data, or AI products.
• Experience building product strategies and long-term roadmaps.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Product strategy and roadmap management.

• Generative AI and AI-enabled products.
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI ecosystems.
