About The Department

Franklin Templeton’s AI and Digital Platform team for Sales and Distribution develops AI, data, workflow, and digital solutions that improve business performance and user experiences. The team brings together product managers, engineers, data specialists, architects, and governance partners to deliver innovative, enterprise-scale products. Team members work collaboratively in small, cross-functional groups that value evidence-based decision making, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption. Joining the team provides exposure to advanced AI technologies, enterprise product development, and high-impact business initiatives.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

• You will lead product discovery and user research activities.
• You will identify, validate, and prioritize customer problems.
• You will define product goals, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• You will establish MVP scope and acceptance criteria.
• You will translate business needs into clear requirements.
• You will manage backlog priorities and delivery sequencing.
• You will define metrics that measure product success.

Strategic Responsibilities

• You will prioritize investments using value and risk assessments.
• You will drive experimentation and pilot initiatives.
• You will evaluate results and guide scaling decisions.
• You will ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• You will align stakeholders on product priorities and outcomes.

Team & Collaboration

• You will partner with engineering and data teams.
• You will support design, testing, release, and iteration activities.
• You will manage trade-offs across scope, timing, and priorities.
• You will communicate performance, risks, and roadmap updates.
• You will influence senior stakeholders and business partners.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Degree from a premier business school (IIT/IIM or equivalent).
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with software, data, platform, automation, or AI products.
• Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading product discovery and adoption initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Product strategy and roadmap management.
• Generative AI and AI-enabled product development.
• Large Language Models (LLMs).
• APIs, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Product analytics and experimentation.
• User research and prototyping methodologies.
• Backlog and requirements management.
