Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core (Backend), Microsoft SQL Server (Database), and React.js (Frontend) to design, develop, maintain, and modernize our in-house enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end application development, including backend architecture, database management, API development, and responsive frontend user interfaces.

The role involves working closely with internal departments to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

This is a core in-house product and systems development role, not a client-based service role.

Key Responsibilities1. Backend Development – .NET Core

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core.
  • Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs for frontend and system integrations.
  • Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
  • Maintain, debug, optimize, and refactor existing backend applications.
  • Develop background services, scheduled jobs, and automated workflows.2. Frontend Development – React.js
  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
  • Build reusable components and maintain scalable frontend architecture.
  • Integrate React applications with .NET Core backend APIs.
  • Implement dynamic forms, dashboards, data tables, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure frontend performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.3. Database Development – Microsoft SQL Server
  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
  • Ensure database performance, data integrity, security, and reliability.
  • Perform database troubleshooting, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Handle database integration with backend applications and reporting systems.4. Enterprise Application Development
  • Develop and enhance business-critical modules including Production, HR, Payroll, Accounts, Inventory, Procurement, Dispatch, and Management Reporting.
  • Understand existing business processes and convert operational requirements into software solutions.
  • Develop applications supporting multiple departments, users, locations, and approval hierarchies.
  • Implement workflow automation and system integrations.
  • Participate in legacy application modernization and migration to modern technology frameworks.5. Testing, Maintenance & Documentation
  • Perform debugging, testing, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain application security, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Document application architecture, database structures, APIs, and business workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal users for testing, implementation, and ongoing improvements.
  • Take ownership of assigned development tasks from requirement gathering through deployment.Technical Skills (Mandatory)
  • Backend Development: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core for developing scalable enterprise applications.
  • Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Database Management: Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • API Development: Experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API and JSON.
  • Full-Stack Development: Ability to independently develop and integrate frontend, backend, and database components of enterprise applications.
  • Application Architecture: Understanding of client-server architecture, modular application design, and scalable software development practices.
  • Application Security: Knowledge of authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and secure coding practices.
  • Development Tools: Proficiency in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, and version control practices.
  • Debugging & Optimization: Strong skills in application troubleshooting, performance tuning, error handling, and maintaining data integrity.
  • System Integration: Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party APIs.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Dapper.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, or other React state-management libraries.
  • Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
  • Experience in ERP, manufacturing, payroll, inventory, or enterprise management systems.
  • Experience migrating legacy applications to .NET Core and React.js.
  • Familiarity with Windows applications and legacy .NET Framework systems.
  • Knowledge of background services, scheduled tasks, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with deployment on IIS / Windows Server.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern coding practices.
  • Understanding of software architecture, database optimization, and enterprise application security.Experience & Qualification
  • Experience: 5+ years in software development, preferably with hands-on full-stack experience using .NET Core, React.js, and SQL Server.
  • Education: B.Tech / B.E / MCA / B.Sc (IT) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy complete application modules.
  • Good understanding of database-driven enterprise applications.
  • Ability to understand complex operational workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to timely delivery.
