Full Stack Engineering Lead(Contract)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role combines strong hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership, architecture ownership, code-quality governance, and mentoring of developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications, from solution design through production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership to frontend, backend, and integration engineers.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
• Develop and review frontend solutions using React, Angular, or similar modern frameworks.
• Build backend applications and APIs using technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, databases, and external services.
• Drive engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, coding guidelines, and automated testing.
• Work with Azure or AWS services and support cloud-native application development.
• Establish effective CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps engineers, and other engineering teams.
• Lead technical estimation, sprint planning, solution design, and technical risk management.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Mentor engineers and help improve the team's technical capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, observability, and engineering best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity through automation, reusable components, and AI-assisted engineering tools.Technical Skills
