About the Role

The Founder's Office is where our most important problems land first. You'll work directly with the founders on strategy, special projects and execution across sales, marketing, operations and new markets. This role is for someone who wants founder-level exposure early in their career, and who would rather own outcomes than tasks.

Compensation

• ₹9 LPA fixed (₹75,000/month)
• Up to ₹3 LPA performance-based variable (up to ₹25,000/month)
• Total CTC: up to ₹12 LPA

Work Setup

• Full-time, hybrid
• Office: Vaishnodevi Circle, Gandhinagar

What You'll Do

• Drive high-priority projects for the founders from idea to execution
• Support new market launches with research, planning and coordination
• Build and track business dashboards and MIS across sales, marketing and operations
• Find bottlenecks in our processes and fix them, with documentation and SOPs
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, delivery and hiring teams to keep priorities moving
• Prepare decks, briefs and analyses that help the founders make decisions faster
• Use AI tools and automation to make the team faster and more efficient
• Step in wherever the business needs you most that week

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, operations or a founder's office role (exceptional freshers welcome)
• High ownership: you treat problems like they're your own
• Structured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable with data: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, able to turn numbers into decisions
• Bias for action: you ship, learn and iterate quickly
• Trustworthy with confidential, founder-level information

Good to Have

• MBA or a degree from a strong business, engineering or economics program
• Experience in EdTech, staffing, career services or a high-growth startup
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms such as n8n/Zapier)
• Exposure to sales operations, growth marketing or international markets
