About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications. You will own end-to-end development across backend systems, LLM applications, AI agents, and internal tools, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and execution.

Location: Noida, India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
  • Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and automation workflows.
  • Own system design, architecture, and deployment using Docker and cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop internal tools that improve engineering productivity and business operations.
  • Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure production reliability.
  • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and take ownership of projects from idea to production.

Requirements

  • Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying production backend systems.
  • Experience with LLMs, AI application frameworks, APIs, and agentic workflows.
  • Good understanding of system design, databases, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and inference optimization.
  • Experience building internal developer tools or AI-powered automation systems.
