A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India insights team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an analyst who can do more than produce reports — someone who reads a pile of usage data, survey responses, and market research and comes back with an actual point of view on what the business should do next. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

The company already has data. What it is short of is someone willing to commit to a recommendation instead of handing back a chart and letting the room decide.

What You'll Own

  • Pull together product usage data, customer research, and competitive signals into a single, coherent view of what is happening and why
  • Turn ambiguous questions from product and leadership into a research plan, and the research plan into a specific recommendation
  • Present findings to stakeholders who will push back, and defend the recommendation on its merits, not just the data behind itHow You'll Operate
  • Partner with product, marketing, and strategy teams to understand what decision an analysis needs to unblock before you start it
  • Build repeatable frameworks for the questions that come up quarter after quarter, instead of starting from zero each time
  • Flag when the data does not support a clean answer, rather than forcing oneWhat You Bring

2 to 6 years in research, analytics, insights, or strategy, with a track record of turning data into a recommendation someone acted on — not just a deck someone read. Strong analytical instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the writing skill to make a complex finding land in three sentences. Working knowledge of SQL, Excel or Sheets, and at least one BI tool.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a product or SaaS company specifically, rather than pure market-research or academic research
  • Exposure to Python or R for deeper analysis
