About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and analytical Program Manager – KPI & Academic Operations to drive performance improvement across our academic programs. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis, root cause analysis, and operational excellence skills, along with experience in academic or EdTech operations.

The role involves translating performance data into actionable insights, identifying operational gaps, and implementing sustainable improvement initiatives to enhance academic performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across academic programs, including teacher punctuality, retention, conversion, quality, productivity, and student success.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and in-depth data analysis to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations, improvement plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes and improve operational processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Establish data-driven operating processes to monitor progress and drive accountability.
• Track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and ensure continuous performance enhancement.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in academic operations, EdTech operations, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Experience in KPI management, performance monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights and drive measurable operational improvements.
