Role: Associate Software Engineer (Full Stack & Applied AI)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year (2025 / 2026 Batch Graduates)

Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 CTC (commensurate with technical assessment and project portfolio)

About the Role:

We are looking for sharp, high-aptitude early-career engineers who love building and shipping functional software. In this role, you will work directly with technical leadership across the entire software development lifecycle—building clean front-end interfaces, engineering resilient back-end APIs, managing databases, and integrating applied AI models into production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build responsive, interactive web interfaces using React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Develop robust, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django) or Node.js.
  • Design database schemas and write optimized queries using PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Integrate third-party systems, modern webhooks, and AI APIs (e.g., LLMs, vector search, OCR, document parsing) into core hospital workflows.
  • Write maintainable, testable code and manage collaborative development workflows using Git.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering streams (or equivalent self-taught portfolio).
  • Strong command of computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, and relational database concepts.
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack applications (React on the front end; Python or Node.js on the back end).
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and self-driven learning agility.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Live deployed full-stack web applications (Vercel, Render, AWS, Railway) or an active, well-documented public GitHub profile.
  • Exposure to building AI-native tools, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector databases.
  • - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and basic Linux server environments.
