Role Description The Owner at ASTRA Drones and Robotics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Kangra. This role oversees the overall strategic direction of the company, including defining business goals, shaping product and service offerings, and ensuring strong financial performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding sales and marketing efforts, and supervising major projects from concept to deployment. The Owner coordinates cross-functional teams, makes decisions on investments and partnerships, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. This position also involves mentoring team members, fostering a positive workplace culture, and representing the company in industry events and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, operations management, or entrepreneurship, ideally in technology, engineering, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of drones, robotics, or advanced hardware/software systems, with the ability to make informed decisions about product development and deployment.
• Proven skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight, including managing revenue, costs, and investments.
• Experience in client relationship management, business development, and negotiation to grow partnerships and market presence.
• Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety frameworks relevant to drones, robotics, and technology operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kangra and be actively involved in day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement.
