Role Description The Data Analyst role at Vflyorions Technologies Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. In this role, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The position involves performing statistical analysis, building data models, and generating dashboards and reports to support business insights. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, interpret findings, and recommend data-driven actions. The role also includes documenting methodologies, presenting results to stakeholders in clear language, and supporting ongoing improvements to data processes and tools.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and practical experience in data analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in statistics and quantitative analysis.
- Candidates should possess data modeling skills, including designing and maintaining data structures.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data in an understandable way.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is expected.
