About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with strong expertise in React and JavaScript to build enterprise-grade BI360 dashboards, analytics platforms, and data visualization applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing responsive user interfaces, integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, and implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms in multi-tenant environments. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable frontend applications using React and JavaScript.
  • Build and enhance BI360 dashboards, analytics platforms, reporting portals, and data visualization solutions.
  • Develop reusable UI components and frontend frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JOSSO and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Support customer and tenant onboarding activities in multi-tenant application environments.
  • Manage and configure Linux user and group access requirements for tenant-based applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and architects to define and deliver new features.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend development standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex frontend, integration, and authentication-related issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, design discussions, and Agile development activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and dashboarding trends.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in frontend application development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in React and JavaScript development.
  • Proven experience building BI360 dashboards, analytics dashboards, and data visualization applications.
  • Extensive experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and responsive UI development.
  • Experience implementing authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), JOSSO, and RBAC frameworks.
  • Knowledge of multi-tenant application architecture and user access management.
  • Experience with Linux User & Group Management concepts and administration.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting performance, security, and usability issues.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
