Job Description
Responsibilities: - Build backend (GOLANG) and system components from design through production. - Write clean, efficient, maintainable code, using AI tools where they help (GOLANG). - Turn product and customer problems into clear technical solutions. - Debug across distributed systems, databases, cloud, and networking. - Participate in code reviews and uphold a high engineering bar. - Work directly with founders, product, and customer-facing teams. Requirements: - 1.5+ years of strong software engineering experience. - Strong coding ability in Go. - Good fundamentals in OS, distributed systems, databases, or security. - Ability to work through ambiguity and learn quickly. - High ownership and reliable execution. - Good judgment on when to move fast vs. when correctness matters.
