ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) Location - Mohali (Hybrid)
The Role
Design, build and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions for clients, acting as a trusted voice on ITSM best practices from requirements through production support.
What You’ll Do
- Gather client requirements and run gap analysis between ServiceNow and ITSM processes
- Design, develop, test and implement ServiceNow ITSM and related application suites
- Install and configure ServiceNow environments
- Build and maintain service catalogs
- Lead and support ServiceNow upgrades
- Support product demos and collaborate with PMs, engineers and administrators
- Support live production applications and recommend enhancementsMust Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation across any two of ITSM, CSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- ITIL 3 Foundation certified
- Solid web development skills (HTML, JavaScript, HTTP)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaborationGood to Have
- Service desk, asset, incident and change management experience on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of formal delivery methodologies and project deliverables
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications
