ServiceNow Developer

Experience Required: 6+ years

Role: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/ITOM/Integrations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog processes.
• Implement and enhance Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities.
• Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, performance optimization, and production issues.

Key Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Experience in CMDB governance and platform customization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery/ITOM
